Ray Price service department is the best-it is run by Rich B. which is the service manager-Rich and all his service techs are very intelligent-and motivated and each of them, perform the job in an exemplary manner.

I would like to thank Rich from service and the gentleman who found the problem with my heated and power seats. Customer service was phenomenal and prompt. My appointment was at 10:00 am and that is the time they checked me in and immediately transferred my care to the garage to inspect my complaint. Took my truck to 2 others dealers with no success and poor customer service and rude employees. If you have a problem with your vehicle please go see them they found my problem in 20 minutes and it was so simple it is ridiculous. They have specialized service employees there and he was great. He allowed me to explain and show him an example of the issue then showed me the repair which was only a loose and wrong nut from the factory on the ground wire. He found it but the two others dealers could not. This place is great.

Had an excellent experience Purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Truck at Ray Price. Troy Stamets was awesome made this process very easy. No hidden fees or price increases when I got to financing. Also traded in my Camaro and got a good price for it. Everyone at the location is very Nice, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Wonderful experience! I shopped here for the first time last week for a truck to replace my vehicle that I lost a month ago in a very bad accident. This was easily one of the most painless experiences I have had at an auto dealer. Not only were they friendly and polite (even allowed me to bring my 5 month old puppy into the dealership), but they were also helpful without being pushy, and fair and straightforward in negotiating a deal. We didn’t have to spend hours going back and forth. They were even sensitive to the fact that I am still injured and couldn’t spend hours sitting in a chair doing paperwork and did whatever they could to make me comfortable and speed things along. Justin and Bill were great and I felt like they really wanted to earn my business. Would definitely recommend based on this experience.
