I liked the 2 ordering stations for the drive thru. If you are coming thru with a big order, may I suggest to have it written down. Employees were very pleasant.

The staff needs to be trained in basic food service. The place is lacking in order taking ,food preparation And courtesy. With the prices of a fast food meal for 3 almost 30.00, they need to do better. The stores in stroudsburg and white haven are far and away better stores

This location has really went down since the rebuild. Every time I go, somethings not right. Then yesterday I go for breakfast, order through mobile and wait in line in the drive through, I get my food and I have two orders of hotcakes instead of three orders. No biggie. I tell the woman at the window. This woman looks me dead in my eyes and tells me my (2) receipts are wrong. Why? Bc when your receipt says *3 hotcakes for $11.98, it really means you’ve only purchased 3 pancakes. Not 3 orders. I ask for the manager, she grabs her badge and taps it declaring “I AM THE MANAGER “ like ok girl? I don’t know when one order of hotcakes went to $12 bucks. Or if this is the case, why they only gave me 2 orders and not one, or three like I ordered 😂🙄 after 10 minutes of waiting with my 2 separate receipts that showed I paid for three orders, she finally, reluctantly tossed them out the window and slammed it in my face. Customer service is terrible and no surprise, my food was ice cold.

20 minutes waiting in the drive through and still haven’t ordered anything. If it was for me I’d go somewhere else that has better speed and service. But my kids beg me to stay waiting in line for them. I’ve been a customer service manager for McDonald’s for a couple years. I have never seen service or spread like this. It’s so Irritating
