Come on man.. I don't know if the bakery was trying to cut costs or just lazy.. But a half filled cake? Shame. Rest of the store is great. They suffer from lack of cashiers, but the ones they have are usually pleasant. Just avoid the bakery. Even the pudding cake is dry.

I love shop rite, but this store is the worst. Never more then two cashier's, no self checkout. Just a miserable place to try to get out of. If they put as much effort into checkout as they do the rest of the store they'd probably be five stars.

ShopRite of Mount Pocono is the biggest joke in the Poconos. Not only do they not have employees to actually serve customers. But as a person looking for a job who is applied to your multiple times and never gotten so much as a response. It kind of just feels like a slap in the face as a customer. You are not hiring, if you were you would give people like me an opportunity to work for you and not just never call them back or never make any effort to do anything. If you want to be a good business maybe you should hire employees!

Based on my own experience ShopRite is the best place you can buy meat ( beef, pork and chicken ) always fresh very high-quality and the price very reasonable. Also the seafood And to be honest the vegetables, fruits deli, all good and I highly recommend it to shop from there. And inside there a big café with so many different hot and cold meals ready to grab. Plus they sell beer. Organize. Clean. So many varieties. Good price. All what you need in a super market.
