I would give 10 stars if I could!! The community is great, the rent is reasonable. The greatest value is the team. The manager Wes is incredible: extremely fun to chat with, very helpful, and you can tell he truly cares for the well being of all the renters, regardless of their situation. He really goes above and beyond! The rest of the team do a good job of supporting him and the whole community seems to work together to help one another out all the time. It’s a real oasis for these reasons and I would not hesitate to spend more time here in the future!

Had an amazing stay and Wes is truly the man! The park is clean, quiet and the guest are all so friendly and courteous. I would definitely stay here again if my work brings me back to these parts.

Considering the location, this park is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms and showers, very clean...like they were cleaned by someone with pride. Good dog area. It would get more stars if located elsewhere...the street noise is pretty loud. Overall positive experience.

Lived here for over a year while job transitioned out of state. Very quiet, well kept. Restrooms and showers always clean. Felt very safe here. Neighbors very friendly. Wesley the Manager always helpful and very nice.

thank you Ivan for your assistance. Yes, we do have some older RVs in the park some grandfathered-in in some allowed after the 10-year rule. Anything over 10 years needs to be approved by our main office. Approval method is sending in exterior photos of the RV for review. Please contact the park if you have any other questions. Thank you

As far as I know you need to fill out a small application form and pay a month's rent and you can move in. I am not sure if they have median openings however they often come available I would call the office and talk to Wesley he is most helpful. Welshly is also the park manager and could answer any questions that you may have.
You can install satellite service only. There is no cable.
As long as the trailer is in good shape, I am sure you will be welcome.

I would say "No" to that only because Wesley and Dave and the women who work here function like a finely oiled machine. But, you would need to talk to the big guy, Wesley. I cant speak for him but ive been here long enough to give you my observation. So, if that helps you in any, good luck.
