This was my first time ever receiving the help from an employment service, and Yazmin and Maricela made it such a wonderful and easy experience. They not only looked at my resume to find a match, but really put the time and consideration in to find something that would be a good, long term fit for me based on goals and personality. I've never had such an excellent customer service experience where someone went above and beyond to help me. They very clearly have a passion for what they do and excel at their jobs. I am so thankful for their help and will be recommending the service to friends and family as well.

The staff here have been very helpful, kind and professional with me. I am especially thankful to Carmen the Branch Manager who has been extremely helpful and reassuring. The staff here have been very kind. It did take a little while for me to get a placement after the previous one, however the staff has clearly been very busy speaking with employers and trying to match experience with their needs. I imagine there is a whole process in place to make sure that when a client interviews they are most likely to be hired on and enjoy their work. I did some job hunting on my own as well and had less luck finding a good fit for my experience. I appreciate the hard work that has been put in on my behalf. I have worked with various AppleOne offices in the past, and it has always been a positive experience. I think the pandemic has made their work more difficult, but they have expressed compassion towards me and I am grateful. I really feel as though they went out of their way to help me and it shows that they care about their clients.
