I called for service on a Chrysler product and because I did not purchase it from Humes was told it would be two months before it can be looked at. But if the vehicle was purchased with them then it can be seen in about two weeks! At the time I was looking for a vehicle Humes did not have or even close to what I needed. No I can’t tell you I ever had a bad experience with Humes but what I can tell you is I will never buy a vehicle from Humes!

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the parts and service gentleman who totally made a customer happy! Long story short I had to order a new FOB for my Pacifica and did not know you needed to say you also need the insert! Upon arriving home I got the fob out of my purse to put on a key ring and there wasn’t a place to hang it from on the fob, hence the “insert”! Had a very good experience trading in my jeep renegade and buying a new 2021 renegade with Eric. There was no pressure to buy warranties or made us run credit for other banks because we came in with our pre-approval letter. They also swapped my snow tires because I got same make and model just newer same wheel size. I fully appreciate the service I received here! After dealing with other businesses in other states this place was such a relaxing experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Humes put into place a procedure of social distancing this past year which includes distance spacing markers on floor in higher traffic areas, removed and spaced chairs in customer lounge and showroom for our customers safety. We also have multiple wall mounted and free standing hand sanitizing stations along with sanitizing wipe stations for our customers and employees. all desks, chairs ,counter surfaces are being sanitized throughout the day. Additionally we wipe the door handles and steering wheel of our service loaners. Our service department greeting counter has plexiglass shields along with cashier, salespersons and finance managers office desks. Humes has signs posted on entry doors disclosing our policy of requiring masks to be worn by all customers and employees.
