I have been waiting for a couple of months for a part (under warranty) to come in. Finally it came in and I made an appointment to have the work done. I work out of town. I made special arrangements to be home to get it done. I dropped off my truck first thing in the morning. They called me an hour or so later to tell me they got the wrong part and to come get my truck. Then they tell me that they could have the part the next day!!! Now I have waited for a couple months already. I asked how could you have the part the next day when before it was a several week back order. They told me that the wrong part was on back order but the right one isn’t!!!!! This was making absolutely no sense to me. Why were they ordering the wrong part in the first place? I asked them “Did nobody check to make sure it was the right part before I came in today?” I was told they couldn’t open every box they get to make sure if its right! Why not? That would have given them time to get the right part!!! Why couldn’t they have had the right part earlier since they could get it the next day? I am not at all happy with the service. Of course they apologized and then tell me mistakes happen and try to patronize me. He tells me that I would understand that mistakes are made. I told him no I don’t understand. If I make mistakes at work people get hurt or die. I am held accountable.
