My wife and I had another terrible experience with their service dept. In short our battery died on our wrangler … She filled out the online service form to get in and they never called us.. she called and asked about getting in. Since we are still under warranty she asked about the replacement for it. The technician shut her down and said that batteries only have one year to get replaced… and that it would be our expense to get both the batteries replaced.. never even asking us the vehicles vin or any pertinent information..this is not the case since we called another dealership and checked and they confirmed that until April this type of repair should be covered. She called again yesterday and the sales person. (Who is great)Put her on the phone with the rudest service person who said” I don’t have time for your long winded stories” “ that doesn’t sound like anything dealerships would say ever… “ “ maybe mice chewed your cables I don’t know” claiming that she was lying about our inquiries to the other dealership… and to top it off he refused to accept accountability for their previous rude comments they made to my wife the first time she called. Saying” that is not something my people would say to you. Ever.” regarding battery replacement…THEY DID SAY IT The sales person was present for this final conversation and asked for the phone back when he continued to be offensive. This is how their service dept conducts themselves folks… something to think about. we have leased 4 vehicles there and traded them back in with them.. after the rudeness of the service staff I do not want to go back… probably filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB. Very outraged by this… my wife is not a liar and I did not enjoy having her integrity questioned by some person who’s unhappy with dealing with customers.

We had a great experience at Waconia Dodge. Brandon helped us and was amazing! He was very helpful, respectful, and took great care of us. This is not the first vehicle we have purchased with Brandon and definitely provided a great experience. We appreciated his flexibility and enjoyed working with him. Our overall experience at Dodge was also great, and they offered a generous deal on our trade in. Their service hours for future oil changes are also convenient. Highly recommend!
