My favorite park in the area. It’s always clean, safe, and only busy on weekends. Plenty of play areas for big kids, not so much the younger little ones. The picnic tables are a bit grimey but that’s to be expected with all public parks, they have a sand / water area so I recommend extra sandals!

Beautiful park,two different playgrounds very clean,lots of field space,parking lot is huge,aquatic center has Olympic pool plus 2 other small one's,kids space museum is in the same grounds i believe tickets can be purchased at the front gate of the museum for $15 per person same price for children.

Some lights they keep on all the time, Others are off by 11 o'clock

They don't NEED to be reserved. But It's a good idea to call the Pasadena Parks Rec center, as a reservation would guarantee the spot you're looking for, as yours.
