Over 45 mnts, wait, indifferent workers, bad management. Charter has a monopoly for providing high speed internet in East Pasadena. You need them ,they don't need you. You are a hostage if you need the highest speeds for your internet which explains their lousy customer service.

Customer service is incompetent saying that due to Covid 19 they will only mail the modem. Customer service inputted numerous errors including email address and last name (surprised to learn customer will pickup in store). If I didn't call and wait on hold, speak to several rep's (4) for over 45 minutes I would still be waiting. This situation is one that I do not want anyone else to go through. Improve your service!!! After all of this, I've decided to go with another service.

Had to return some boxes, went to the location only to be informed I had to return the boxes to the Glendale location. Apparently even though spectrum is the parent company the individual offices are based on who the former cable provider was. For some reason they're too cheap and unorganized to link all the computer systems. The parking for this location is terrible, there was a long wait because only one employee was working and it seems all of Tujunga pays their bills in person. The employee wasn't too smart either, sounded like a broken record telling me the computer systems aren't linked, when all I asked is where it says this on the webpage to figure out if it was my mistake or spectrum as always.
