I usually have my car washed but one day I decided to wash my car myself and noticed these cracks in the bumper. Immediately I did some research online and noticed that this issue was not an isolated issue but one that has occurred to many Land Rover customers who owned the Evoque model. On May 19 of 2015, Land Rover had put out a Technical Bulletin to their dealerships and manufactures that there was a manufacturing and design defect in the bumper of the Evogues because of top heavy design. They never communicated this defect to the public or to their customers and I'm learning sales persons at dealerships knew of this defect but never made customers aware of this before purchasing. They claim this is a warranty issue and can not fix if no longer under warranty but according to the RangeRover.net forum there are many customers that this issue has occurred to under warranty and Land Rover would still not rectify the issue. I have a 2017 Evoque with less than 40000 miles on it and keep it in pristine condition. Land Rover Pasadena knew of this issue for years and will do nothing to correct it. It is sad when large corporations take advantage of hard working people and will not stand by their products and quality of design and manufacturing. I could pay to have it fixed but why should I when this is not a defect due to usage but manufacturing. I now have to seek legal counsel to correct the issue, its not about the money but the principle that Land Rover, the sales people and dealerships do not stand by the quality of products they are selling to consumers or bringing to their attention of any issues. (Your can google the PDF technical bulletin the Land Rover issued to dealerships).Very disappointed.

I am writing this review to confirm the other positive reviews on here for Land Rover Pasadena. Marco was great — I got there a few minutes before 8 on a Saturday and he even opened early to get the paperwork started. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians were also also nice and everyone greeted you with a hello. They keep you updated on the progress of your car as well. It was my first time coming to LR Pasadena and it will now be my go-to service center. The waiting area has coffee/lattes/hot chocolate/espresso/water/teas. The only con is that they didn’t have any snacks… I would highly recommend. Thank you Land Rover Pasadena —

I took my Landy for warranty repairs and thought i could do a fuel filter change at the same. They wanted to charge $1000 for the job! Their response was that i should pay a premium since i drive a luxury car! I took it to an outside mechanic and had it done at $150!!! Greed, entitlement and bad attitude, completely wrong!

Do not bring your warranties Land Rover in for service if you don’t want them to keep it for 10 days without giving you a loaner. Brought our brand new defender in for a recall at 7k miles and they kept making excuses and extending the repair time. After 10 days I had enough and my wife needed her car back. Our service guy Marco was so rude - I never thought the Land Rover brand would hire someone with such a low level of customer service. I had to REQUEST to get my defender back for my wife otherwise they were going to keep it until the part arrived from the UK. Timeline on part arrival: NO ETA. Also had told them about seeing a low battery warning (couldn’t replicate), one headlight being lower than the other (couldn’t replicate), weather strip falling off (wear & tear, ON A BRAND NEW CAR) and infotainment screen blacking out/rescues camera showing black all attributed to my control misrule (current ETA who knows) Won’t be bringing our car here for service anymore, especially when I noticed grease stains on my $5k wrap.

I have two Rovers I get serviced either at Land Rover Pasadena or Original Jaguar and Land Rover Inc. in Covina. I'd call both for estimate. At Land Rover Pasadena ask for Kevin. Great, great service advisor. Check with Eric at Original Jaguar. He is very reasonable and knowledgeable.
