It is probably easier to change the battery yourself.i believe they take the flat watch batteries and you can find a variety pack at harbor frieght for few bucks.this is just my opionion.hope it helps.
Unless you wanna wait an undetermined amount of time I'd say try to make an appointment for absolutely anything you need from this place.
