I went in expecting a bad time based on other reviews but my experience was actually very pleasant. Lots of employees ready to help when I walked in. Got what I needed done quickly. This review is for the store only and not Spectrum services. To the store: I’m not sure if this is a recent change but keep it up!

I was just turned away from returning their equipment to the store they wanted me to wait over an hour to hand them equipment. I was treated rudly and am appald after giving this company buisness month after month.

I understand waiting. But, there were 4 customer service reps. Only two assisting customers along with a wait time of 30 minutes ... what is wrong here? Once helped the process was quick. Checked in at 11:12 out at 11:48.
