Worst service ever, never again will I deal with this company. They said they came to deliver my package, they never came, the house camera showed everything else except a delivery from dhl. SMH

Will change if they ever deliver my package. First day they say my address is invalid, it's worked for everything else. Second time I called they said it will be there by end of the day (No show, no status update). Third day of calling they said they need to change the delivery date (tomorrow). Will be shocked if it arrives.

Went to ship my international package a few days ago and the lady at the counter was very rude and standoffish. Giving me attitude when asking simple questions, groaning when she had to open the package for inspection and told me next time "don't use a box", so....what else should I place my package in? A suitcase? Like, that's your job, if you have a problem with inspecting boxes, answering questions, then find a different line of employment....

The man delivering my package today gave me a call letting me know he was having a bit of trouble finding my house,, he was lovely and we figured it out right away. a few minutes later he called me back to let me know that a large branch had fallen on my house,, and another in my driveway (very windy storm today). absolute best delivery service i’ve ever received, couldn't appreciate his second call more,, totally recommend!!!
