Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Will never come back to the Stamford Valvoline again!! Got an oil change on 4/15/22. While the oil change was being performed, I asked the operator (I believe Jorge) to make sure that the tray gets wiped off for any oil spills. In the past they hadn't done it and ended up leaking oil in the driveway. He assured me that it would be done. About 3 hours later I pulled in my neighbors driveway which is on an inclination and sure enough oil dripped on the pavers. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by Jorge that they had cleaned the tray and what I was describing wasn't true and they were not helpful. Bottom line, they did not perform their job appropriately and caused damage to my neighbors driveway.

Great job, quick and reliable, and specially nice people. It is rare finding such a great customer service at body shops, or any mechanical related shop. This is my second time coming here and I totally recommend it. Dejon’s service is outstanding. People like this is what a business needs.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was so surprised at how kind, friendly, and helpful every single employee I interacted with was. I don’t know much about cars but Robert was very patient and explained the service in a way that I would understand. I also was helped by Kevin, Jeremy, and the manager Jorge.They also checked my tire pressure, lights, AND wipers! Seems it’s standard here but I have not experienced that at another location before! Each one of them made me feel comfortable and at ease with their professionalism and reassuring communication. I would definitely recommend this location and I will be back myself! *For reference I drive a 2015 Honda Civic 😁

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I was told that my battery needed cleaning. The photo on the left shows what it looked like after they said they “ cleaned” my battery. Also, the same day I could NOT START MY CAR! I immediately took my car to another location to have it checked out. Photo on the right shows what my battery looked liked after another placed actually cleaned my battery. The other place had to tighten up parts so my car would start again.
