This has been our home for the last 3 1/2 years. We have great neighbors. A couple of them have even become good trusted friends. The manager is very patient and understanding but also no pushover! This seems to be a decent little community. Some periodic random vandalism but I'd like to think that it isn't anyone who actually lives here!

We Love living here. The people are friendly, pets are allowed and the area is great! The Manager is really nice to Us. They're on top of it when it comes to repairing anything we need fixed. They keep this place clean and safe :)

Wish I wouldve listened to the reviews. The managers are the worse! The houses are falling apart. The managers love to harass people, and love to threaten you about evicting you for everything. Ive lived at at least three other parks throughout my life, and none have ever had this bad of management. They take FOREVER to fix anything and just stucko and spray paint it. There are cats & skunks EVERYWHERE! Dont move here.

I live there in a 2 bedroom and only pay 930$ a month on average for rent and bills.. nice place. Quiet, has a pool and basketball court

I'm pretty sure I've heard that there are some for rent, but if you're interested go get an application so you can automatically be put on the waiting list depending if what you're looking for isn't available yet, but it's best if you call or go to the office ask for Tina she's the manager, she will give you all the information you need👍 Good luck😉
