Visited this Popeyes tonight. Was greeted by a young man named Noel. He was such a wonderful person; from the moment we spoke on the intercom; he had me laughing and was so helpful and kind. I’ve had a really hard past few months and this young man made me remember the good in people. The world could use more young men like Noel. I’d eat here every day if he was there. Best staff member hands down!

Terrible! They ALWAYS get my order wrong. Was told on a Friday night because it was Friday if I wanted a combo it had to be a large! On another occasion pulled up to the drive thru at 9:45 PM for them to tell me they were closed. Per the website they closed at 11 that day. Customer service is terrible! Workers constantly use foul language. Plus, the food is always cold! Picture of my "5 wing combo"

Must be opening week jitters but the customer service is simply terrible. I saw many people's orders were wrong so the come back to get it fixed. My order was wrong too and getting any order fixed seemed like an ordeal for the staff. It wasn't even that busy. Service is slow mostly due to improperly trained staff, or they simply have no ability. Prices are more expensive than I expected. $10 for a medium size combo. Not that great a value. I didn't see any promotional deals posted, so either they don't offer them or they encourage customers to order from the regular menu, which kinda sucks. On the other hand, the food is as good as any other Popeyes, which is good. The place is clean since it's new. And the location is convenient but Main St can be a nightmare until the city fixes the intersection at West Ave. 🚗🚗🚙🚛🚕🚓🚐🚐🛵🚚
