solid brewery with a nice open space that was pretty bustling. was pretty disappointed that the sour beer i wanted to try was sitting in cases on the bar and not being in the fridge made them "unavailable," which seemed ridiculous to me but the mango one was pretty delicious. though im sure i would've liked the blackberry one more. thoroughly enjoyed the food truck outside though and it's definitely the reason i would want to visit again. the burger was one of the best i ever had and the chicken parm was just outta this world.

Great selection of beers, delicious tacos and great costumer service all round, I’m glad Half Full Brewery is one of many places In Stamford where one can go to have a good time with friends and family. Looking forward to seeing this place grow.

Stopped by for a six pack before the great shutdown. Tried a few brews before buying and got a tip from the brewer who happened to be sitting at the bar with his pup. Can def say that Beacon IPA is a very good beer, even for someone who isn’t huge on IPAs. Happy to report that their website allows for pick-up cans as long as you order ahead.

Good Beer but the place is a little cramped and there is no room outside. We were told there was a patio however all I saw was a small ledge right in front of a parking lot. My wife and I joked about the "patio ledge" while enjoying some beers inside. The location is in a pretty industrial area that is off the beaten path. Bartender was fun and friendly.

I do. Not all of the menu is for growlers, but the ones that are not are available in cans.
