This is the best butcher in the Hudson valley. Grass fed, pasture raised specialty cuts of beef, lamb, poultry, and pork. They also have a variety of different house made specialty sausages to inspire even the most experienced summertime grill masters. If that’s not enough, grab one of their brisket tacos…or go for a filet mignon taco. Any way you go, you’re about to take a trip to taste bud heaven.

Barb's has great selection and friendly service! I've been pleasantly surprised with their variety and, if ordering a few days beforehand, there's even more selection to choose from and have prepared for pickup. Limited parking, but otherwise a great find!

Went here for the first time today with my husband and we were VERY impressed. Picked up his pork order to make homemade sausage, also got 2# ground beef and a kielbasa on a bun for lunch. Super clean and the staff was friendly. The price matches the quality and we will definitely be back. Thank you for providing an accessible, local, grass-fed option!

My girlfriend and I love Barb’s. The people that work here are always so nice and helpful. I’ve been making stews every week with their meats and bone broth and they’re by far the best stews I’ve ever made given the quality of their products. I also love their tallow balm. I’m already thinking about the biscuits and gravy I’m going to order tomorrow morning. I just absolutely love this place. I’ve never personally met Barb, but that photo of her on the magazine hanging up in the shop has my partner and I thinking she’s got to be a total badass! (Photo of the beef stew I made with their stew meat.)

Plexiglass barriers, mandated masks, the staff is vaccinated, curbside service offered for orders placed on the phone, etc.

If you sell Turkeys, can I purchase a small one (10-12 lbs), not frozen, and for Thanksgiving?
