Cute place. Interesting drinks, like the food. I'm inclined to say a little bit pricey, but that's not so unusual for a main street restaurant in a tourist town. Truth be told one cheese and meat plate was Good for us, although the waitress seriously recommended we order three appetizers, which thank goodness we didn't, because otherwise we would have completely wasted a bunch of food. We liked it well enough and if we find ourselves back in beacon we might drop in there again.

Place was cozy and everyone friendly. Menu had options for everyone. We went with 5 people and had 8 dishes and drinks. Cost $65 per person. Some people were complaining about how expensive the place is but I don't think that's expensive. Both short rib dishes were delicious, burrata was incredible, as were chicken tacos and crabcakes. Rest was OK but not outstanding. Our server Dayon was awesome. If you are looking for over the top culinary experience go somewhere else. This is very good food with a casual atmosphere.

I was so looking forward to dining here because the restaurant looks cute from the outside. Came on a Sunday afternoon brunch and was seated promptly. However it was pretty bad after that... The main problems were #1 food quality and porton, #2 prices waaay too high because of #1, #3 staff looked miserable and unhappy except for our server who was really nice. The $18 short-rib sandwich was two small slices of toasted bread with some cheese and underseasoned and old beef + a side of marinara mixed with cream. It was tiny, greasy and tasteless. The $15 eggs Benedict was made using cheap ingredients and sliced ham. The worst part was the "home fries" which were soggy and looked days old... yuck. The Vault needs to do ALOT better than this if it wants to be a place where people come to dine.

Good food and friendly staff. My one very minor complaint is that they only serve their brunch menu until 3:00. If you want their lunch menu, you’d have to come after 3:00.
