Write a letter of dispute to the company and the credit bureau asking them to remove the charge
KERA paid all my lights for 18 months. There was a computer glitch on my rent. Currently getting that straight. Tell your landlord if think they won't get paid they're wrong. KERA does pay. I can attest to that

Everything working properly? Phone computer email address? They try both ways to contact. Sounds like someone is lying unfortunately or is doing something wrong
