Made reservations through dockwa. When i got there it took about 30 minutes to confirm and assign a slip. The "dockboys" were advised and arrived about 5 minutes after i tied up. This morning nothing was open until about 10. Nothing like the other safe harbor marinas which are always good.

NOT recommended. New mgmt now. Safe Harbor Haverstraw is a rip off. Both my partner on the boat and I cannot take the lack of attention to everything, ranging from broken, wobbly hot metal docks, that are downright scary to walk ( balance on). Our boat was vandalized here, and we never received a call back from anyone in the office after leaving several messages. One hugely overpriced, rip-off restaurant at the marina that is the only thing do there. Seasonal boaters are not in any way welcoming to visiting boaters. Much better options out there, than this loud industrial setting. I was also warned by several seasonal boaters that the service dept there was atrocious and into price gouging.

an absolutely MASSIVE marina. Restaurant was great. Would come back for sure.

This marina has a lot to offer for transients and for seasonal boaters. 1st the staff keep the facilities in good shape. Its big with mostly floating docks, big fuel dock, haul out capabilities to 38 tons, a pool, showers, laundry, picnic tables, barbecues, marine store and on site restuarant. They don't have 100amp service but unless you're a yacht that might not mean much to you. The staff are also friendly and helpful. The down side is there isn't much to walk to close no grocery or other retail by besides what's at on the property. If you found this review and photos helpful please give it a thumbs up.

If you met the front desk you'd understand LOL.
You should call the office and ask that question.
I'm not sure but they should be able to help. I've seen people work on the boats there--it certainly couldn't hurt to ask them.
