Place was great! Food delicious! ( Tasted better tha Diamond bar & Fullerton Habits) Ambiance was nice. I would've given it a five but there were a few ants around the drink area.🤷

The Habit is a great place to get a good burger and onion rings or shake. Normally it's fairly quick, good food and if you order online or app they will have your order ready when indicated. But unfortunately last few times we've been there they have been slow, not meeting times (15+ min past said time), appeared unorganized & food quality has seemed to suffer. I say this because my last burger was very rare and so was my daughter's. The rings, fries or beans were good. Not certain if staffing issues have contributed, but I hope they can get back to previous high quality.

Was working with a homeless out-reach and buying a homeless person food before taking them to a shelter. The homeless man started doing drugs in the bathroom and after 45 min i needed the manager to unlock the door to get him out. He was very cool and understanding. He also didn't call the cops. Food is good too!

I ordered a salad which I’ve had many times before. I ordered through the app and when i picked up my salad it was in a sandwich container. This container was obviously much smaller (roughly half) the size of the salad bowl. I asked why the container was so small and was told they were out of bowls. Then as i explain how the bowl is visibly larger, 2 of the people in charge told me i was wrong and “its the same weight”. At the same time, they pointed at the stack of bowls on the counter while explaining its the same size (woops). After long day at work I left very frustrated and after getting home and tossing the salad i refused to think this was the same amount of food. I went back to the store, asked them to hand me the bowl and i poured the salad into the bowl which ended up only filling up about half way. I asked the management to explain to me how i was wrong about the amount of food and i was again told it’s the same amount! I argued that the bowl is usually completely full, not half. So i asked why i didn’t get a bowl which they clearly had a visible stack on the counter and i was told they didn’t have lids so it would need to be plastic wrapped to cover it. Ok fine, so They remake the salad and even put a lid on the bowl. The guy then takes the bowl to the back and wraps it in plastic. I ended up getting a full bowl with a lid and plastic wrap! What’s going on here? I absolutely love the habit and tell everyone about how it’s my favorite place. Giving a 1 star is not what i want to do but this is completely uncalled for. I wrote a review like this before i went back to the store. As they made my salad i felt bad and deleted the review. Now that i can see i was completely lied to by two of the management after being told i was wrong, this review is completely necessary. The habit is great but this is beyond the food, they purposely gave me a smaller portion and refused to own up to it after proving them wrong.
