Very nice place to do work that's my reason why I was there and from what the resident live in the place also very nice place to live at really well keeped up

Hi, to clarify,, non of these homes are trailers. All are 2 and 3 bedroom manufactured homes. Unfortunately don't know of any for rent at the moment. A few just sold and a couple will be up for sale soon, but I will ask around to see if anyone knows if there are for homes for rent.

Not at this time. This is not a space rent park. The units are on there own land. The park has less than 10% rental units

Several years ago the mobile home park commissioned a land survey. Survey stakes were set in place. I see that one has disappeared that adjoined a property on Via Amapola. It was up high, next to a chain link fence. Is that a concern?
