James and Carlo have made my transitioning from a different storage a delightful experience, I was able to access a van off cite within the company to help with the process, nonetheless, within a weeks time I also had to upgrade my unit to a larger space and was able to move to within the same building and floor, having everything from the carts and cleanliness in order to do so, I would highly recommend life storage compared to its competitors !
