2022 EDIT: 2021 visit was great. 2022 visit was terrible. It all comes down to the doctor. Receptionists were helpful and attentive both trips. Summer 2021: Great place to go when you need medical care, but can’t get in to see your doctor. Both the nurse and doctor I dealt with were patient and attentive. I was quickly diagnosed, and on my way.

Best urgent care experience. Thorough exam, knowledgeable and kind staff that contacted multiple pharmacies to make I will get my medication timely.

I have been there multiple times. Several covid tests, insect bite, gastro problem etc... All of the doctors and MAs I have seen were very thorough and caring. The front deck staff is really nice and welcoming. Best urgent care I've ever been to!

I decided to come here for a COVID test because the one I usually go to is "temporarily closed". When I arrived there was a line that reached the back of the building. I would say probably 20 people total.. I was in that line for 2.5 hours! Waited inside after checking in for 1 more hour (this delay was cause by some emergency, which I get). I waited in the room for 20 minutes before a nurse decided to come in to take my rapid test and ask basic questions. The doctor came in and took PCR within a few minutes after. I have some questions: 1. Why are you making people wait on line when you can call them to come in for their appointment? 2. What on earth takes so long for the doctors/nurses to move from one patient to the next? I know it's the holiday season, but 4 hours for something that takes a total of 5 minutes per person, when there's only 20-30 people in front of me.. that's unacceptable. I really need to know why this happened... What is CityMD doing to fix this problem? 3. Why doesn't this location have a "give us your name and phone number and you'll get a text when we're ready for you" system like the one by Willowbrook mall? Isn't that inconsistent? Are they planning on getting it? This is 2nd year of covid and you would think this is the standard for ALL urgent care places or anywhere that does COVID testing... Why have everyone stand outside in the cold all angry when you can just call them when they're ready to come in?

For those who have been recently and had to wait in line for Covid rapid tests, can you wait in your car? Or line up outside? What's the process?

When I went 3 weeks ago, it was wait in line outside. I don't know if that has changed. It should!

How quickly do you get covid results?

The regular more accurate test takes about 3 - 4 days to get the results back. I'm not sure if the CityMD in East Hanover has a rapid test or not.
