I made an appointment for a windshield replacement for my 2021 Honda passport. The day of the appointment I get there on time only to be told that my insurance company canceled my appointment. I Call insurance to find out that the parts manager at Safelite canceled my appointment because they never ordered the special glass needed for my car. thankfully the insurance approves it right away and a new glass was ordered to be in five days later. Here I sit on my second visit for two hours now, someone finally comes out to tell me that my windshield came in broken. No one bothered to inspect the glass before my arrival? Then I wait two hours before somebody finally comes out to tell me? Third time is not the charm for me. They want to order me a new glass. No thank you! i will go through my dealer which is what I should’ve done in the first place. Terrible customer service playing the blame game with my insurance. I took off a day and a half from work in total, now I’m driving home with no glass replacement for the second time. Stay away. Their empty apologies do nothing for me. They do not give me back my day and a half lost at work or my two hours here sitting in this waiting room. Poor, incompetent establishment

“Safelite Crack, Safelite Replace!”. BE WARNED, a small chip repair at Safelite will lead you to a full glass replacement. Their process is extremely flawed and they put their customers is terrible positions. They state that the repair done is to save the glass but their machines crack the glass further leading you to replace the full glass. Do yourself a favor, but the $20 chip repair kit on Amazon and do not patronize this scam of a “business”. What would have been a sub-$100 repair is now going to cost me >$1000. Newer cars have tech under the windshield. Safelite will only repair the windshield and will not calibrate anything (calibration will cost ~$400). You’ve been warned. Avoid this business as a whole. 1 star is generous.

Excellent service and professional job. I would have given it five stars if I wouldn't have had to wait 4 days to get the service. However, I was able to leave the required information with their customer service to have the job done while I was not available to be around the car. The technician arrived early in the time period, replaced the window, vacuumed and washed all windows. Michael was superb. I have used Safelite before. I'm glad I did again!

This was where I had to get my windshield replaced. The first time, my car was there for 45 minutes before they said that the windshield they had was scratched. I had to be rescheduled. How do they not check the windshields at least the day before an appointment to mitigate this? When I finally got my windshield replaced, three other people were turned away that day for the same reason above. Again, how is this company not checking at least the day before an appointment? I got a new windshield, but a dirty car. The technician did not clean out any of the debris or smears from the work done on my car. This is highly unprofessional. I will never go back.

I can't tell you how much. But I can't tell you the windshield to my Freightliner Cascadia cuz before hundred dollars
Not sure, but the Pine Brook location has a huge warehouse with lots of inventory, we brought in a 13 yr old vehicle and they had the windshield in stock!
