Very disappointed in the quality of the flowers, poor and uncaring customer service, and my overall experience with Petals of Pine Brook, its management and Rutland-Beard Floral Group (the company that it is a part of). They messed up not one, but two different orders (that were sent to my mom for her 102nd birthday). I could go into detail, but suffice it to say that every aspect was unsatisfactory from start to finish! My advice is to stay far away from Petals of Pine Brook and any other florists that are a part of Rutland Beard.
