They were knowledgeable and bot pushy. They listened and helped with the decision process. The manager Coach was easy going. Nice crew as well.

Sorry excuse for mechanics and service department as a whole. Took my bike in for a 1k service and I get back to my house I see oil on the ground and my drain bolt sticking halfway out with only a couple threads holding it in. If I had ridden any longer i would've dumped all my oil out on the road. When I called and told them all they could do is make excuses and offered to do another oil change, which they then proceeded to overfill by at least a quart and a half. Tried to get a refund but was told I couldn't prove that it was there fault. They've also recently damaged one of my buddys bikes do their incompetence and sloppy work and denied him a refund. I've warned everyone I know to avoid the "mechanics" at Coronado Harley and will continue to do so. DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE.

Devin took care of me. Hooked me up with a promotion for my handlebar and clutch install and recommended i return for a adjustment after 500 miles. The tech did a great job and devin kept me update. Dimitrios in parts made sure I had mostly everything and aided me in finding my components. Great dealership everyone here is great. Shoutout to devin and dimitrios. The other service advisor was cool too. No issues here just really good service

I couldn't believe these guys got me financed to upgrade my Harley. Can't beat that with a stick. The ladies in the clothing dept are so sweet and the parts dude (I should really start remembering people's names) gave me a lot of insite about adding parts to my new bike like what might work out and what may not. A real eye opener that was. Here's a pic of my new bike the day I bought it. Yee-haw!

Hi Sam, yes we can schedule a pick up. Please send a good contact phone number and our service dept will call you shortly. Thanks!
I would absolutely recommend setting up an appointment they do get busy
I have no idea. Call them and ask
Yeah I know my son had to get one and they helped him out
I should be able to order for you if they don't have it in stock
Dealerships are always going to be the most expensive service option. They also are a lot easier to deal with when something goes wrong. As for the oil, synthetic tends to give about 95% protection for the entire life of the oil before dropping below an acceptable level. Conventional oil constantly loses life. If you constantly do oil changes on time or early, go synthetic. If you are a little bit more relaxed about them, stay conventional. Do not switch back and forth and if you do synthetic, stay synthetic.
Yes it was, new owners changed the name, ,,, and raised the labor cost from $99 to $125,,,, they also got rid of the 10% discount for anyone. I'm heading to San Diego HD
