I can understand the gym would run with reduced hour during pandemic. But now almost everyone back to work out, why cannot we operate with normal hours again? Also completely cannot understand why basketball court would close earlier than rest of the gym. We don’t need a life guard there

Worst gym I've used because of how they changed policies almost overnight while clogging the gym with advertisements and salespeople. They posts signs for weeks claiming that they were unable to provide the free towels which were one of the few things justifying the outrageous monthly rate, and then, overnight. they're offering branded towels for sale because they'll no longer be providing them for free. And a month or so before that, there are tables of salespeople hocking junk products that sometimes aren't even related to exercise. Their trainers are obnoxious as well. But if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be almost fully satisfied with my membership at Powerhouse. Oh well.

The gym used to be good. The staff is nice but this review is mainly for the hours. The gym closes at 10,9,8pm now depending which day. The changes came out of the blue. I don't know why they still call themselves 24 hour fitness. They are headed to being 12 hour fitness. It is too crowded now with the reduced hours. I joined because of the flexible hours which is now gone. The gym continues to disappoint only reason I gave it two stars is because the staff is nice

I received a free 3 day trial and tried to start it this evening. When I went to the desk (Saturday around 8PM) the woman was rude, and told me that the gym closes in 2 hours but if I threw her some cash I'd get to use it. Really shady, not a good look for the brand or this franchise, especially since their main selling point and namesake is their convenient hours.. Looks like a nice place design wise but if the company culture is that lazy about the front desk, frankly I don't think I'd want to enter a pool they're supposed to clean, for example.
