Employees are only making online orders. If you are a walk in customer, they do not bother to help you out. Always poor experience with staff every time I go there. I love chopt salads and I wish they were more helpful

10/10! They stayed open a bit later in order for me to pick up my food after I ordered and by the time I got there they waited for me. Highly recommend! Great food! Very nice of them!

For a first timer, the experience was not great. There were no directions posted or a clear menu on how the pricing was derived. I gave my salad choice first and was abruptly told that “we do that last.” I couldn’t see the protein choices, as they were covered. The staff all seemed like they were having a bad day and we were the only customers. Luckily, the salad tasted okay. Next time, I will either order online or go to CAVA or Chipotle for takeout veggies.

Disappointing. I ordered dressing on the side, didn't get it. For a twenty dollar salad I would expect at least a whole piece of bread and not half... My friend's salad was so strange she didn't even know what she was eating! My other friend's salad had beans...two black beans. Careless and sloppy presentation. You are better off making salads at home...
