Probably one of the worst uHaul locations I've been to yet. The man at the counter was incredibly rude and I felt as if I was bothering him by needing to purchase a few boxes. This Uhaul was never great but it's gone downhill a lot in the past few months. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

Just picked up our 26’ truck from this location. We were frustrated at first because we had to drive over an hour away from our original pickup location, but the guys in the office were so friendly and nice to work with that it made it worth it. It’s nice to see good customer service is still alive and well!

I rented a dolly and it was not supplied and Uhaul automatically charged me for not returning it. I put in a case to customer service and the Ballard Uhaul called me back the next day. They were extremely helpful and took care of the extra charge. I would definitely use them again!!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, but the person who was working at this location was alone. There should have been at least one other person on site considering it was a very busy Sunday morning. Due to staffing shortages, we had to wait an hour to pick up our keys. Also...the truck had been tampered with. Someone had siphoned all of the gasoline out of the truck and the entire truck smelled like gas, and now so does our furniture. We had to get gas in the truck before moving which set us back even more. U-haul needs to do better. We paid a lot of money for truck rentals to deal with staffing shortages and vehicles that were honestly scary to drive.
