Didn’t even bother contacting me to let me know that my reservation wouldn’t be possible, never mind I took the bus all the way from north bend. What’s the point of confirming a reservation if you’re not going to have the vehicle I need available?

Rented a Dodge Ram to move my RV 3100 miles. The truck broke down in South Dakota and cost us 3 days of travel. The 3rd Party Swoop left me high and dry. I had to find the fuel filter myself and find someone to install in. A 10 minute job took 3 days because Swoop was incompetent and couldn't handle the situation. However! Austin at Enterprise when he got my call we were still stuck did everything in his power to help us get back on the road and make everything right. He went above and beyond to help us. You can't control breakdowns but he made it less stressful once he was notified of our situation. I am truly impressed with his understanding and willingness to correct the situation in a timely manner. Thank you Austin!
