(4.5 Stars if I could) This review is for an oil change only. I’m giving four stars because they did not top off the fluids. I don’t consider this a big deal for myself, because I’m familiar with maintenance on my vehicle, but for someone, like say an elderly person, I feel like it could create an issue if they depend on that. That being said, they did complete the oil change and did NOT give me a list of nonsense repairs that they Say need to be done right away, which is more than I can say for… ME1NEKE, who DID give me a list of BS, but amazingly didn’t do the oil change I paid for. So… in my experience, MAVIS does a pretty good job.
