Be aware you CAN NOT return for your money back. No matter what. I was told I could return or exchange within 30 days and that's why I bought the scrubs. I found better ones the next day. Anyway the guy didn't care that I was told that and all he could offer was a conversation with the employee who sold me the scrubs. I refused to spend more money in that store. They had a limited selection for me in the first place. So I'll be donating these. If your employees say one thing. That agreement needs to be honored period. In response to their response: The fact of the matter is that an employee did tell me I could return or exchange within 30 days as long as I had the receipt and the tags were on. So saying no one would say that doesn't make it true. I'm sorry if that employee was not honest with you. I would have not bought the scrubs had she not told me that, period. I understand you're a small business and I get everything you said about losing money. That's not on me. My response stands.

Brought 4 scrubs cap just one day ago. Has not been worn at all. They allow try on it store, but I got these for my staff. Their return policy is so strict, it's not worth it. Buying from online source with better return policy from now on. Could here just to try on things.

I went to the Love Scrubs in San Diego with a tough order. I was very picky about what I needed. I am very difficult to fit to begin with, and with my other preferences in style and function, I honestly wasn't sure I would walk out with what I wanted. Then came Liz to the rescue! She was extremely courteous and professional and, over the course of about 40-45 minutes, she brought me several viable possibilities. She remained enthusiastic throughout the whole encounter, even though I rejected all but 2 sets of scrubs. In the end, I was satisfied with the scrubs I bought and VERY happy with the level of service Liz provided!!
