I do not go to Dunkin' Donuts, yet today I was the one to go. Placed an order this morning all went well, until I asked a question "Are they marked so that I know which one is which". The individual (108649 Nick) which is on my receipt responded with "Yes they are marked", and I said thank you. Before I even was out the door, this rude, disrespectful individual comes out of her mouth with another response to her co-workers, "You are holding them, one's hot and one is cold". Not necessary to be disrespectful to a person in front of them or behind their back. You never know who that person is. Reviews can be written good or bad and today, I am writing a not so nice one. Be better, we all can be replaced and not promised tomorrow's. Bad business. I will not be returning to this establishment.

The morning ladies in the Hdg store are pleasant, efficient and were a pleasant surprise for me these past two mornings after losing my electricity. Thank you both.

In the past when I've gone it's been exceptional and I've had no problems ordering what I'd like. This time, the front doors were locked and I don't understand why. I had to go in through the side door but it seemed as if they didn't want anyone walking in. If you need more people don't run a skeleton crew!! They should hire more people if this is an issue.

No donuts that I wanted which was apple crumb ,toasted coconut , and double chocolate. I stood in line for 45 seconds and then I use the bathroom. After I use the bathroom I still waited until I spoke up and said I’m ready when you are. And the manager I think he was upset because I said that and he said drive-through only. I wish they would have specified that on the doors or as soon as I came in the server wasting time. But the cheek working at the window is fine though ha ha
