They get one star because they were open Sunday to pick up my truck which it wasn't ready as promised. When I did pick up my truck it had more damage done to it that when I dropped it off. $2983.00 later. I took it across the street to Mavis and got all the damage repaired. Take your business elsewhere.

Rick and Jose are extremely knowledgeable and always know how to handle business. Professional, courteous, and I never feel "ripped off" when I go to Tire Choice. Being a young woman, sometimes I feel like mechanics try to "take advantage" of my lack of knowledge with cars - but Rick and Jose and the tech as at Tore Choice always take the time to show me the pieces and details and reasons behind what's going on with my car. I only wish they were open later during the week so I didn't have to wait to the weekend to stop by for my car issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I needed 2 new tires so I made an appointment online and went in the next morning. The tires needed to be ordered but they were able to get them within a few hours. The customer service was great. The total ended up being higher than I expected and I wish they would have gone through the breakdown with me. Other than that though the service was great and I would definitely go back.

I came into tire choice earlier today and was at first given the best service possible . After we waited for our oil change to be completely and was ready to pay your associate I believe his name was Mathew was very annoyed at the computer system for not working he apologized for the delay after a couple more minutes as it was not still working he asked me to go ahead and drive home and then come back later to give my payment as I told him I do not wanna leave and come back to process the payment he said “ then don’t come back “ as if he didn’t care if I left the establishment with my car without paying . After saying that he wrote down my card info as to perform the payment after I leave . I left feeling very uncomfortable with as he has all my card information and his attitude was totally insane . I would like to be contact by a manager or corporate to make sure he does not steal my information and appropriate action is taken .Thank you
