I thought we would be kicked out. It was such a rocky way back from three months of back rent. Breanna, Brandi. You guys have been amazingly helpful and we couldn't have done it with out you guys. Overall I'd recommend everything about this place. The location, the atmosphere. The kindness of the maintenance staff and fairness of the management. A few notes... The pools aren't always at their best. The laundry prices shouldn't fluctuate. The one vending machine on property takes double what you pay for one product. Keep up the great work guys. And keep the place beautiful. Also there was a box that the mailman used to put coupons in over by the mailboxes. It's gone now. I'm missing it.

I absolutely love these apartments! It's been 2 years since I moved here from l.a and the moment I had a little trouble when I noticed I was still getting charged pet rent after my fur baby had passed away, the managers Breanna And Jill made just they did everything they could to credit me those months back before I renewed my lease for the 3rd year! Super appreciative! Highly recommend

Basically owned by EVIL people. Worse experience you can ever imagine. They WILL NOT listen to your requests once you sign the contract. They will lie to you and then deny what they agreed to. They will NEVER pay you your refund. So think TEN TIMES before you sign the contract.

Brandy is the Best manager of Arbors cal oaks! She has helped me in so many ways! Available, makes me feel I am heard, for a resident for a couple years makes me want to stay and knows her job for her residents. Brandy needs a raise! Love her!

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath $1668. But the garage costs $125 & you have to pay utilities too. So every month it's about $1850 ish.

Not well kept the windows r not properly insulated and they get mold and the buildings r really old.

Yes, $40 per pet and a pet deposit as well. They do have a small breed restrictions list, check with the office if you want to know which breeds made the list! They have the cutest little dog park on site!
When I lived here, resident's had to be 100 feet from all buildings if they wanted to smoke. Marijuana is not acceptable here, and is strongly enforced.
