Like coming here for Boba. Boba is always fresh and drinks taste great. Only downside is if you order from the machine on the side of the store they charge extra and the rewards are different too. Sometimes the lines are long and drinks take long but worth it.

I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba and it was disgusting. It tasted like they put one or two drops of Jasmine perfume in the milk tea. I really did not taste good – – it tasted like I was drinking perfume🤮 Perhaps there are other drinks taste good but I absolutely would not recommend getting this jasmine milk tea. I love jasmine milk tea and this has absolutely ruined it for me.

Poor customer service. Took another customer ahead of me after they acknowledged I was there and said they'd be with me in a min. Someone else walked in and they helped them before me although I was standing in the start here line. I walked out. They need training.

Wonderful location serving taiwanese shaved ice, boba drinks, bubble waffle ice cream treats, and even new additions like their mini lumpia bites. The staff is very friendly, and the serving size is wuite ample. One order of their shaved snows can easily feed two. In a couple of weeks they will also begin doing a halo halo (Filipino traditional dessert) shaved ice. The location's interior may seem sparse, but definitely understandable given this is an local restaurant just starting up. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

From what I can tell the staff all had masks and gloves on. They had no inside seating and they had plastic barriers up to separate the staff from the public. They had little stickers on the ground so people could maintain 6 foot spacing. They had a nice little two way microphone/speaker set up so you could hear the person taking your order and so that they could hear you. I saw the person taking orders change out their gloves as they moved from task to task. Only down side I noticed was that to log in and get points they had everyone use the same tablet. With no hand sanitizer out but I cary my own so I suppose that's ok or you know skip out on the reward system for now.
