I filed a TRO on January 5, 2022 against four people and was denied. Two of the four filed against me in retaliation the very next day. Those two people lied in their paperwork and was approved on their TRO. The date was set for January 27th. I was responsible for burying Angela Burdick as her Health Care Directive. Her funeral was held on January 25th. On January 25th, in the lobby of the funeral home was dozens of people (not sure how many were not masked). The very next day I was feeling very ill. On January 27th (the day of the TRO trial), I was experiencing Covid like symptoms (headaches, fatigue, fever, nausea, coughing and stomach issues). I was unable to get out of bed the whole day.. The very next day I drove myself to Temecula (still feeling ill), to take the Covid test. I had to swab my nose in my car, place it in a vial and return it in a plastic bag. My test results came out negative, but I was still feeling ill on Saturday and called the Kaiser hotline and spoke to a Doctor. I was feeling too ill to drive myself to urgent care to get re-tested. I went to the Courthouse the following Wednesday to submit paperwork for a motion to dismiss the default verdict. I waited over a week to hear back. Every single morning I called, I was given the same answer “It’s on the Judge’s desk”. I finally went down in person exactly a week later. I was told that Judge Prendergast denied my motion. My Estate Attorney was finally able to file Angela’s will with the Probate on February 2, 2022. In the Will, I am the legal Trustee and Executor of her Estate. Sadly, the TRO is not allowing me on the Property because one of the person with a TRO on me lied and said she lives there. As of Thursday, February 13, 2022, my Attorney filed with the Recorders office of Riverside County (in Temecula), my name on the Deed for Angela’s property. Why am I not allowed to have a retrial based on having Covid like symptoms? Why am I not allowed to have the Judge hear my side of the story? Why is it that I’m not allowed to prove myself innocent from the accusations of those two women? My results could of been false negative because my throat wasn’t swabbed. I was being a responsible citizen by not exposing others to my Covid like symptoms yet I’m being punished in return! This is so unfair!!! Judge Pendergast, if you only knew the truth to everything. Why am I not allowed to be heard? Why are you this Restraining order to stay based on default? The picture you’re painting is, go to Court sick! Expose everyone! When the glass doors State to stay out of the Courthouse if you’re experiencing symptoms. The Security Officers even ask you when you first walk in “Are you experiencing Covid like symptoms?”. Is this all just a show? I truly cannot understand why my motion to remove default was denied. This is NOT right!

The security guard and clerk (who had a desk setup at entrance) were extremely helpful and pleasant. The grounds and buildings were clean and attractive! Actual court date is tomorrow. Will update if needed.

Corrupt unfair and certainly not a Justice Center or area. If you were unfortunate enough to have to show up to this location just understand that the truth does not set you free that these judges are completely biased and can easily be bought out and that your chances of obtaining any kind of Justice or even being heard is slim to none. If you are heard you are completely ignored. There might be a couple of people that work here that are decent people but nobody in an honorable position has any honor

I have to get surgery the day before my traffic court. I'm in too much pain to stroll down there and edit my court date with the clerk. The phones have been automated and there is no way to do this over the phone. They claim it's due to budget cuts, then why are they adding onto the court? This place looks like a palace. It's not due to budget cuts, they are profiting on this inconvenience.
