I have lived here for over six years and raised my family here. I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the office staff and maintenance. I see some people have issues with trash, the gate and parking. does it suck yes but is it the complex’s fault, no. The complex doesn’t break the gate or throw their trash on the floor cause they are too damm busy to hit the button on the compactor. Also if you have a decent amount of trash just like if you lived in a home you load that stuff up and go to the dump. After reading some of these reviews seems like we have some Karen’s that want to blame everything on everyone else. Change starts with you remember that I personally help and crushed the trashed and picked some up just to help my fellow neighbors. Far as living here it is a very nice Community there is less riffraff here than most all the murrieta apartments . I would definitely recommend this complex to anybody that wants to live somewhere drama free but if you’re a Karen go to the arbors.

We moved to Cali from Texas last month and had to find an apartment virtually due to COVID. I was so nervous about it at first BUT, I am proud to say we love it and made the best choice! The office staff is so kind and made the move in process very stress free. I would recommend this complex to anyone. The units are also much bigger than they appear online.

My husband and I have lived at 3 apartments previously, and this place is by far the BEST!!! The 3 bedroom floor plan is amazing! So spacious! Appliances are wonderful! We have two kids with one on the way and there is plenty of space for them to share a nursery and have the second bedroom as a playroom! Everyone is so kind and professional! The ladies at the front always wave and say hello. They love talking to my daughter, and are so friendly! The staff has popcorn for residents every Friday, my little girl loves to go there and just hang out 🥰 The grounds are kept in tip-top shape! The gardener is always working on improving the grounds. They even spray the complex with spider repellent when it gets warm enough out and spiders are a threat! Maintenance is amazing! They are all very productive and hard working! We especially love John- I can’t say enough great things about him and the rest of the maintenance team! One of them even took of his shoes when he had to walk in to unlock one of the doors that my kids locked! I mean come on!! How many maintenance people would take off shoes to help you unlock a door? They are just so wonderful!! They are always cordial , and answer requests right away! Truly , I I wish we knew about Camden a long time ago! I read some reviews about unhappy residents due to animals like raccoons- honestly people you chose to live by a nature reserve.... animals are a given. You don’t like it? Don’t come see an apartment with a forest. Personally we haven’t seen anything walking around. We hear birds and frogs all the time, and the nature trail is really nice as well. The playground does get loud, but that never bothered me! Kids are supposed to have fun! So for the residents who don’t like hearing kids play.... 🧐 . My only concern - and this has nothing to do with the Camden staff - is the residents who don’t pick up after their dogs. I wish there was something that could be done about it.. but Camden has dog baggies and signs so they did all they could. The pools are really nice and clean! We love it here very much and wish we can be here for longer!! I just hope rent doesn’t go up by much because we’re already at the top of our budget right now

I’ve been here at Camden for 3 or 4 years. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. Marissa is very helpful I believe she’s the manager, and the rest of the office staff are great too. Even the maintenance staff are always nice and respectful. Like with anywhere you live you will have those neighbors you just don’t want nothing to do with. I wish people that live/lived here and wrote a bad review could understand this is apt life. Nothing is going to be perfect but as I said earlier the Camden staff are so helpful. I’ve had the one bedroom apt in building 5 and it was very spacious now I’m in a two bedroom and it’s very nice. I love the bathtubs here too very spacious and enjoyable for those days where you just want to soak and be left alone. Haha. If it’s possible you should choose an apt in building 8 facing the nature preserve. It’s beautiful and so peaceful. You could even take walks behind there on the path. The closets are nice size. All appliances have been upgraded I believe. Definitely buy glass stove cleaner and stainless steel cleaner. Works great without damaging the appliances. The balcony’s in the two bedrooms apt are nice size. Everyone has their own experience here I understand that , but as for my family we’ve loved it here!
