Not at all friendly, and not at all helpful. Gave them a part number, which I was questioned (interrogated) where I got number, then was told it would take two weeks to get here and he couldn't tell me a price. I tried to give my business to a local small business, but not with that attitude. Hello Internet :-) Update...found Coast Appliance Parts Co.3 miles from this dump, that will get my business. Nice, friendly and great customer service. Thanks gang.

Crooks. Do yourself a favor and whatever you need - order it online from a place that takes returns even if you have to wait a few days to get your repair done. These guys do not take returns and they DO NOT INFORM YOU OF THEIR POLICY when you place a parts order. I fought with them over a $200 part that they would not take back; I even offered to pay the restocking fee. The store is a messy disaster, even though I like to support local businesses and will pay more to do so; these guys do not run a square business. Go elsewhere; these guys will take your money and leave you frustrated- its the entire company that is run this way.
