The inside of the shop is clean and nice. When we walked in, the initial guy was nice and lead us to the back. The tattoo artist was where it went downhill. He was pretty gruff and took us by surprise at how angry he seemed to be. He was very quick and didn't seem to want any customers. He refused to look at us in the eye and didn't really care to hear about details about the tattoo. I was pretty nervous and wanted us to walk out, but my friend wanted to get the tattoo done since he was visiting out of town. Luckily the tattoo turned out pretty good but we didn't have a say in whether or not there should be shading or size. It was a wild ride so i'd suggest to go elsewhere. If just that tattoo artist left, the whole shop would be a much better experience.

Have gotten a tattoo and a piercing here and both were awful. Tattoo artist (Pat) was unprofessional and rude and the tattoo was terrible. My daughter got a simple second hole ear piercing that didn’t take and had to be removed. The piercer had to put the earring in a second time while my daughters ear bled in the middle of the shop. I tried to return a third time because my second daughters friend wanted to get her a cartilage pricing for her birthday. My daughter is 16 so I went with as her parent to sign consent. I was asked for her birth certificate! And when I explained I didn’t have it but could show my Id and her school id along that had matching names with Insurance cards and school registration documents, that wasn’t enough to prove I’m her parent. We left with my daughter disappointed and I am officially done with this place. Stay clear!

I’ve been here 3x in the time span of a week, twice for me and once for my fiancé. All times were with Patrick who was amazing. I got both of my daughters names, and got another tattoo fixed. A bit of a heavy hand but he’s a blast to talk to and makes the environment feel more friendly. I’m looking forward to going back in a few months.
