Of all Mc Donalds, the Little Falls location is consistantly the most disappointing for food quality and service.

Me and my friends decided to go to McDonald's in Little falls. Soon as we got there we knew what we wanted to eat and walked up to the cash register. No joke me and my friends were waiting maybe around 25 minutes for somebody in the back to finally come up to the register and take our order. The employees never gave us any kind of acknowledgment until they walked up to the register. As soon as they gave us our food, the staff disappeared again. We wanted to ask for napkins and It was so hard to get a hold of one of them. Would not recommend this McDonald's location

Went through the drive-thru I ordered the two for $6 large fry and a six piece Chicken McNugget with sauce also ordered the two for $3 it ran me $16 I got home and they charged me the for the full price I called the manager and the manager says oh we don't have nothing like that going on it was right out on their sign this is the alien McDonald's I will never go back to them again very disgusted with my meal cold cold fries

Today I went to the drive-thru and there was a sign that said the intercom sensory system was not working to say hello and somebody will answer you. So I said hello twice….and waited a min…So after not getting a response I drove up to the second window, when I got there I was greeted by a lady with short dark hair and blondish highlights on the top with piercings…well i’m not entirely sure it was a greeting but she open the window and told me that the intercom system was not working and I explain to her that I understood that that I saw the sign and that I had said hello twice…. She said the gentleman will take my order and that he was at the window but I would have to drive all the way back around which I could understand that if there was people in line waiting there was absolutely nobody in line behind me…. So in reality she could’ve just taken my order because it was quite simple….But that wasn’t the part that really bothered me after she stated what she had to say she rudely slammed the window and walked away never waited for a response for me. Well I’m sorry I didn’t appreciate as a customer being spoken to you like that so I guess you lost business for that day for me maybe whoever is above her should have a conversation about her rude attitude towards customers!!!!

There are several food delivery services now operating in this area. I don't know what places they deliver from. I heard one delivers Burger King, but I've never used any of them.
