Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior. Inside, the gym is well equipped and beautiful. Krista did a great job of showing me around and their 24 hour access system is super convenient. Best kept fitness secret in town!

Excellent gym owned by a gracious and inviting family. The members there may not know how lucky they are that their gym is also so beautiful, dressed in natural wood and huge panoramic windows. Very energetic

they are awesome at pound fitness and other finesses. it is a reasonable price too. so i suggest you go to the fitness farmacy.
