Thanks for asking! Family Memberships are defined as: "Yourself, your spouse, plus any dependent children that qualify for a junior or college membership in your immediate family. All other dependents or other family members do not qualify." Juniors include anyone under the age of 19 enrolled in high school level education. College members are any college undergraduate students 23 or under.
The golf carts are owned privately by members. Some of them may have some for sale. You can call up to the clubhouse and ask at 315-823-4442 or ask the greens keeper he may have a good idea too
