Thought I would give it a try, even though there are no customers they are worse then home depot. Waiting in line trying to return something with 1 girl slowly helping people and unable to talk on the phone and help the customer, while 4 orger employees walk are around aimlessly

We came here looking to buy a few things for our property, I literally waited at least 15 minutes looking for someone to help, no one was available. Then I reached out to a lady, asked her to page someone so she did and still 10 minutes go by no one showed up. when I looked at her again she literally looked away as if we don't exist. No one wanted to help at all. It was so bad that another customer asked me a question instead of getting help from Lowe's rep just because I happened to be there and she thought I would know my stuff. Never seen such treatment before

This Lowe’s is pretty decent. I came here to look for a specific drill, but they did not have the size that I wanted or I think it was sold out. So then I went to Home Depot and they had like five of them. I always come to Lowe’s first to give it a chance but I always end up going to Home Depot. Story of my life right there.

The best thing to do would be to refund over his money. That's just what I would do.

Check online (your store location) for in stock status, order & drive up, pick up
With my experience they would first look at you weird, then act hesitant, then after them checking, they say , can't accept. Best bet would be working with local city office on where to recycle.

It is a private property. The manager will not allow you ,since there is insurance and liability involved.
