A huge store with great variety. The food court is pretty big with lots of differing stalls to choose from. The prices here are higher than Tokyo Central but maybe the selection is slightly fresher. The $2 veggie deals are amazing!

Mitsuwa has the best ramen 😋. If you go to the food court you will see a lot of yummy choices.

My husband and I stopped by to pick up mochi donuts from Modo, karaage from Misasa and sushi for dinner. Everything was really good! Not too busy when we were there (which worked out great for us 😊)
I know the market has cooking classes for kids usually around holidays. Check the event calender at website for info. They also have food fairs and demonstrations on preparing certain dishes or sushi. That's also on events calander.
Not sure if they sell USB cable inside Mitsuwa Marketplace but I'm sure I've seen some at Daiso ($1.50 + up store) right next door to the right from Western side entrance of Mitsuwa (it's in the mall right at corner of Carson st /Western ave) 😃👌

Not sure of that brand but they do have Shiseido products.
I've never bought taro powder there. This is not Chinese super market so it may not have it. You can call the store and inquire about it. I would recommend visiting them anyway so you can discover new things you might like.
Didn't notice a Japanese bookstore at Mitsuwa, but the most thorough one is Kinokuniya Little Tokyo, DTLA which has books, magazines, etc. in Japanese & English.
