Went in to finalize a return that I had started online for housewares. There were limited store representatives to assist customers. Had to walk the floor three times before discovering someone. Once I was able to receive service the process took a while because they were giving their best efforts to navigate the system. The place was almost like it was deserted. It had a lackluster vibe better shopping online. Sad experience because the store previously had great energy and customer service.

Huge store! 4 floors, and that's just in one building. There's a whole other building for men. It was nice and many many options. You definitely need to take your time to shop & browse if you come here.

Store is absolutely beautiful. Lots of things to choose from. Had a wonderful experience. Had a good personal experience. We had purchased a few things online during Thanksgiving. Had to return a couple of things. The customer service was good and hastle free. To our surprise the amount was refunded immediately on the credit card. Do visit this place for an excellent experience as part of Del Amo Fashion Center shopping complex.
