This is one of those hidden gems that you have audio musical equipment that needs repair. They are very thorough completely accurate and the pricing is great

Advanced Musical Electronics is a highly organized and efficient operation, staffed by knowledgeable people. I understand it's a "women owned business" too, so kudos ladies! I brought my keyboard in on a Tuesday, requested Rush Service (only $60 up front), and my board went to the head of the line. Next day I got a call to discuss the work I was requesting, and on Thursday another call informing me it was ready for pick-up. Definitely exceeded my expectations. In a world of rising costs and shoddy service, finding someone knowledgeable to work on high-end gear without breaking your bank account doesn't always come without a certain degree of trepidation. I'm super happy I went to Advanced (AND took the time to drive over from Las Vegas!) and put my Crumar Mojo in the hands of reliable experts. Highly recommended!

DO NOT TRUST YOUR EQUIPMENT HERE. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any repair shop. It’s unfortunate because the people who work there are very nice, but the customer service could not be worse. I brought my keyboard in to Advanced to diagnose an issue I had with a single key, and they returned it to me with four broken keys and an estimate for what it would cost to fix all four. I pointed out that they are clearly responsible for the additional damage and asked what we could do to help the situation. I was happy to pay for my part but it just didn’t seem right to have to pay for the damage THEY caused. They became very nasty with me telling me it’s my responsibility and that I’d have to pay or take the keyboard somewhere else. There was no option for a discount, no willingness to admit to fault, nothing. Just a tab of a few hundred bucks and another unsatisfied customer. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time and the headache. There are plenty of quality shops in LA with excellent customer service and a great reputation. This isn’t one of them, and now I know why. Edit: The reason that I know it’s possible to open the board and inspect without causing further damage is because I diagnosed the issue first and there was still only one key broken after my inspection. But obviously the AME technician was not as careful as I was and figured the customer will pay for any damage anyway. It’s simply bad business on the part of AME. This is the part where they should own up to that and promise future customers better service. I however will never return there, and I will advise the same to others.

Excellent experience at this place. Brought my Apollo Twin MKII for repair, and since I drove 5 hours total there/back I paid an extra $50 for the rush fee to get this whole thing done quickly. They weren’t kidding with the rush because I got a call before I even made it back home with a full detailed description of what was going on with my apollo, the course of action, and the price, all very professionally. Highly recommend this place for anyone who needs repairs on their hardware for all things music related.

We love our customers :)
Hi Eduardo. Yes we can fix the Apollo Twin Duo. There is a $70 check out fee on it. If repaired, we applied this towards the repair. On the Arturia, the repair might be dependent on parts. We will have to take a look and see what it needs.
Hi Kenny. Sorry but we don't work on them anymore, even out of warranty.
I don't work there, but seems they'd be able to handle that. They are very busy, expect to wait for results!
